" Eduacation is Important "
Education in its broadest sense is any act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character or physical ability of an individual. In its technical sense education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another.
Teachers in educational institutions direct the education of students and might draw on many subjects, including reading, writing, mathematics, science and history. This process is sometimes called schooling when referring to the education of teaching only a certain subject, usually as professors at institutions of higher learning. There is also education in fields for those who want specific vocational skills, such as those required to be a pilot. In addition there is an array of education possible at the informal level, such as, in museums and libraries, with the Internet and in life experience.
Main article: Education theory
Education theory is the theory of the purpose, application and interpretation of education and learning. Its history begins with classical Greek educationalists and sophists and includes, since the 18th century, pedagogy and andragogy. In the 20th century, "theory" has become an umbrella term for a variety of scholarly approaches to teaching, assessment and education law, most of which are informed by various academic fields, which can be seen in the below sections.
Main article: Economics of education
It has been argued that high rates of education are essential for countries to be able to achieve high levels of economic growth. Empirical analyses tend to support the theoretical prediction that poor countries should grow faster than rich countries because they can adopt cutting edge technologies already tried and tested by rich countries. However, technology transfer requires knowledgeable managers and engineers who are able to operate new machines or production practices borrowed from the leader in order to close the gap through imitation. Therefore, a country's ability to learn from the leader is a function of its stock of "human capital." Recent study of the determinants of aggregate economic growth have stressed the importance of fundamental economic institutions and the role of cognitive skills.
At the individual level, there is a large literature, generally related back to the work of Jacob Mincer, on how earnings are related to the schooling and other human capital of the individual. This work has motivated a large number of studies, but is also controversial. The chief controversies revolve around how to interpret the impact of schooling.
Economists Samuel Bowles and Herbert Ginits famously argued in 1976 that there was a fundamental conflict in American schooling between the egalitarian goal of democratic participation and the inequalities implied by the continued profitability of capitalist production on the other.

" Going, going, gone: How global warming could kill off our best loved species "
The British countryside could see many of its most iconic species vanish forever if temperatures continue to rise, the Environment Agency has warned.
An army of alien African toads and choking South American weeds will replace trout and salmon in our rivers, according to the agency's report.
The prediction comes as campaigners paint a bleak future for native species such as dormice and bluebells.
Lord Smith, chairman at the Environsincement Agency, said: 'There is a danger that we think of climate change as something that is happening in other countries. But it's not just polar bears and rainforests that are at risk.
Dormouse
The common dormouse could soon be edged out by other species as global warming gets worse
'What we see in our rivers, gardens, seas and skies here is already changing and delays in reducing harmful greenhouse gas emissions will lead to more severe impacts.'
According to the Met Office, the past decade saw the warmest years
records began in 1850, with temperatures likely to rise as manmade carbon dioxide continues to pour into the atmosphere.
Fish such as salmon and trout, which need cool water, may struggle to adapt. The agency says evidence suggests the fish are already declining in southern England.
Insects will see numbers fall by a fifth for every 1c rise in temperatures in upland streams, the report warns.
And it says rising sea levels could swamp salt marshes and mudflats used by migrating birds such as redshanks and ringed plovers.
Warmer summers and milder winters could encourage invasive species such as African clawed toads, which carry a fungus deadly to other amphibians.
While fast-growing weeds such as South American water primrose would thrive, choking rivers and bringing the risk of floods, the agency claims.
The agency's report comes as the Wildlife Trust says species such as hazel dormice and bluebells are under increased pressure from habitat changes caused by the climate.
But warmer temperatures will also see new arrivals to British shores. Spoonbills, wasp spiders and loose-flowered orchids could all colonise for the first time

Friendship
By Dr. Ronald D. Bissell
Friendship is more than just being friends. It is a connection deep within the spiritual soul that is an unearned gift of love.
“True friendship is seen through the heart not through the eyes.”
Unknown
Friendship is one of those parts of life that we at times take for granted. It rolls off of our tongues as if we expect it to be present in all areas of our lives. I hear our ‘friendship is forever’ or ‘friends always’ is a common thread that runs through our lives. But in truth how many true friendships do you have? Think for a moment and list those you feel are true friends and those with which you have a close relationship. Are they true friends? Is their friendship from the heart? How many people do you truly see as friends?
“Friendship is a living thing that lasts only as long as it is nourished with kindness, empathy and understanding.”
Author Unknown
Friendship is a gift that two people give to each other. It is not an expected result of meeting but a true and unanticipated gift of enormous potential. True friends form a special connection that will weather any storm. True friends understand being human and give the other room to grow. True friends are there even when they are not expected to be present. True friends know and cherish each other’s gift.
“Friendship is love with understanding.”
Author Unknown
Friendship is a path of unrelenting compassion. It is a view of life that encompasses not just your life but the life of the other. It is a special bond that is created out of genuine affection and is given freely to those who have shown their truth. It is given without the thought of reward but with the essence of the heart which longs for this special connection.
“Life is to be fortified by many friendships. To love and to be loved is the greatest happiness of existence.”
Sydney Smith (1771 - 1845)
When friendship comes from the heart it forms a link to our soul that cannot be broken. It connects so strongly that even death does not sever the cord. That type of friendship exists forever in the realm of wonder for true friendship is genuinely a wondrous thing. It connects the physical with the spiritual and creates an energy that is impossible to describe.
“False friendship, like the ivy, decays and ruins the walls it embraces; but true friendship gives new life and animation to the object it supports.”
Richard Burton
Friendship brings light into your world for it gives you the missing link to your soul. It provides a passageway from one heart to another and allows the transference of peace and solitude. Friendship gives and receives all that your innermost spirit desires for within friendship you will discover the Creator’s love.
“The best mirror is an old friend.”
George Herbert, 1651
When you look at your true friends you will uncover who you are. You will see a reflection of your soul and will in turn become educated in the pathway you follow. You will see your world before you and will see without any doubts the truth of your way. You see true friends are simply your self in disguise. By uncovering that disguise you see before your eyes the world you created and the being your have become.
“What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies.”
Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC), from Diogenes Laertius, Lives of Eminent Philosophers
By understanding the true value of a friend you begin to see the importance of looking at the reflection they provide and peering into the life you lead. You will see all the gifts you bring into the world as well as any shortcoming you may possess. You will also become a witness to the beauty, wonder, and peace that you give to the world and understand your contribution to the ongoing discoveries you will make.
“Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends.”
Cindy Lew
Think of your true friends and be grateful for the gifts they bring to your life. Allow your hearts to connect and bring comfort to each other. Expand your world by seeing through their eyes. Give them your love in return for each friend you have is an unearned gift that should be accepted with grace and thankfulness.

" 3 Tips to Make a Woman Fall in Love "
When it comes to making a woman fall in love, you can easily find yourself between a rock and a hard place. After all, it's an age old dilemma that most guys have tries to ponder well before you. And still to this day, a lot of men are pretty much STUMPED when it comes to making a woman fall in love. So, what makes you any different? Well, you are about to discover, three easy tips to make her fall in love with YOU.
Here it goes:
1. Find out what her emotional triggers are. Everybody has something that will trigger them to feel certain things VERY strongly. When you can learn what a woman's emotional triggers are, you can easily make her fall in love with you. Most guys ignore this part of attraction and this is exactly why they are still stumped as to how to make a woman fall in love.
2. Show her your independent side. Far too many guys will become way too clingy and dependent on a woman that they are attracted to. And guess what this does? It actually pushes her further away. So no matter how you look at it, it's a lose-lose situation for you. Instead, show her that you do NOT need to be with a woman.
3. Do things out of the ordinary. Things like giving her flowers on Valentines day are pretty standard and while she may enjoy them, they won't really make her feel a WOW, kind of feeling for YOU. Instead, you want to do things out of the ordinary. Just make sure that they are genuine and real expression and not something that seems like you are just trying to "buy" her love.

Cara Menjadi Mahasiswa Yang Baik,,(( Let's See ))
5. Percaya diri, optimis, jujur, rajin dan ulet.

Letter of invitation ( A1 page 42 )
Dear Dr Adelby,
I hope you had a comfortable journey back after the conference. Thank you once again for amost stimulating lecture ; it was much appreciated. Perhaps you remember the conversation we had about brunei. As you know, a colleague, Tony Spaventa, and I have been working on possibilities of a six week geological and ecological survey of the temburong area. I remember you expressed interest in the project.
At last we have received permission and I have been asked to recruit a team. If this can be done in time, we will leave in September. Would you be interested in joining us ? I realise this is perhaps short notice, and you may have other commitments, but I do hope you will be able to accept. I can assure you that it will be most interesting and exciting from all points of view. I ought to add that, althougt the assignment is not particularly well paid, all out of pocket expenses will be met. There will also be a generous overseas allowance.
Could you let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in principle. Should you be able to join us, full details and a draft contract will be forwarded in due course.
If all goes according to plan, we may well spend six weeks in the forest region. This should enable us to produce a survey, an analysis and to make recommendation.
Do let me know when you plan to come to England again. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
