“ The Customer is Always Right “
Realize by True Story : The story about the 'Vinegar Boy'

A. Introduction

This age old adage is heralded by thousands of customer service reps and business owners alike, and for good reason: customers ultimately pay the bills and pay the salaries. Without customers, there IS no business!
So when I came across a site called 'customerssuck.com', I came to think: "Oh, here we go again! Yet another sales or customer service person who thinks he or she can be picky about their customers!" But I think most of us have had at least one experience that made us question this. So is the customer always right?
The Customer is Always Right meaning that The trading policy that states a company's keenness to be seen to put the customer first.

B. Why the customer is always right... ???

The tricky thing with customers is that there comes a time where you have to decide if you want the future business of the customer or not.
Some business have no interest in the future business of any of their customers, and treat them all like dirt. On the other end of the spectrum you have small businesses going almost belly up because they accept any and all behavior of the big factory uptown which is responsible for 80% of their business. And you have supermarket managers telling customers on a daily basis not to come back to the store. But then again, 'customer' may not be a good name for a shoplifter.

C. You don't have to take everything from everyone.

You're in business. And in business you don't have to take every deal. You can draw the line at abusive behavior by the customer. You can draw the line at customers lying to take advantage. You can draw the line at customers stealing. In fact, you can draw the line anywhere you want. There are stores not letting people in because they don't look rich enough. Fair enough, if they don't expect them to get in later when they do.
In your business, discuss when you do not longer want a customer. So everybody in the business knows that the customer that crosses the line is no longer called a customer. But the tricky thing is not to assume anything. Don't assume that the Hell's Angel just coming into the store is going to be rude or steal. At one time, I was followed by a supermarket manager around the store. I guess he assumed that since I looked young (yes, there was a time!) I would steal something. I felt he'd rather have me leave, so he could go about his business again. Very annoying. I didn't bother to go there again.
But when a customer actually does cross the line, you can tell them that you no longer want their business. And at that point, they ceise to have the right to be right.
Yes. The customer is always right. But not all customers need to stay customers

But, there is some point of view that “ Reasons why ‘ The Customer Is Always Right ‘ is wrong “

1. It makes employees unhappy

2. It gives abrasive customers an unfair advantage

Using the slogan “The customer is always right” abusive customers can demand just about anything – they’re right by definition, aren’t they? This makes the employees’ job that much harder, when trying to rein them in.
Also, it means that abusive people get better treatment and conditions than people. That always seemed wrong to me, and it makes much more sense to be nice to the nice customers to keep them coming back.

3. Some customers are bad for business

Most businesses think that “the more customers the better”. But some customers are quite simply bad for business.

4. It results in worse customer service

Employees who are happy at work give better customer service because:
• They care more about other people, including customers
• They have more energy
• They are happy, meaning they are more fun to talk to and interact with
• They are more motivated
On the other hand, when the company and management consistently side with customers instead of with employees, it sends a clear message that:
• Employees are not valued
• That treating employees fairly is not important
• That employees have no right to respect from customers
• That employees have to put up with everything from customers
When this attitude prevails, employees stop caring about service. At that point, real good service is almost impossible – the best customers can hope for is fake good service. You know the kind I mean: corteous on the surface only.

5. Some customers are just plain wrong

Based on my argument about The Customer is Always Right and The Customer is Always Right is wrong, I agree if The Customer is Always Right beside there is old adage, I think should customer is always right. Customer can helping for your business, and can to increase rating for a Company, and Product of Trading success on Market exactly. With gives the best service for customer, so customer can’t go from the company. Moreover quality of product is very good.

" Sports is Good for Your Health "

I have been accused of wasting my time following sports, and to a lesser extent, wasting my time playing sports. Which causes me to revisit my life, and ponder some serious questions:

1. Is following sports a constructive use of one's time?
2. Is having detailed knowledge of statistics of sporting events and teams a constructive use of one's time?
3. Is playing sports a constructive use of one's time.

I will answer number 3 first, and then address the other two. First, clearly playing sports is valuable in that it allows one to get valuable exercise s/he would not get by watching others play, or by reading a book, or by eating/sleeping/working, etc. Of course, like all activities, there is a limit to how much is constructive, and at what point it no longer provides the health benefits. But there are other elements to playing sports that are important to consider:

1. Playing sports is usually a social activity. Thus, one learns to get along with other people if s/he wants to enjoy a game. It is critical in a child's development to learn to get along with others, to share the ball, etc. Sports allows people the opportunity to practice getting along with those who bother them, and those who they like, a skill that is crucial when joining the workforce.

2. People of all colors, ethnicities, and nationalities come together under one roof, rubbing shoulders, elbows (and other body parts), in an effort to get close to others who support a similar cause. People tend to learn about others from different backgrounds when they play on the same team.

3. Playing ball teaches about the rewards of sacrificing for the team. Not to go all George Will on my readership, but have you ever noticed that with a man on first, if I hit a ground ball to second (while trying to get a base hit), and the second baseman throws to first, it counts as an out for me (0 for 1) while if I bunt the man over to second, I am still out, but it doesn't count as an (0 for 1) in my batting stats? That is an example of rewarding the player who intentionally sacrifices for the team!

4. Sports teaches (a) about ethics, (b) of playing clean, but hard, (c) not cheating, (d) that there are wins and losses (a valuable lesson in life that PC police are trying to take away from our kids), (e) about rewards and consequences for our actions.

" Why Financial Accounting is Important ??? "

The ownership and management of business is challenging, and keeping track of finances is one of the most obvious examples of those challenges. The specialized field that handles accounting for business is called financial accounting
and provides individuals who are externally linked to that business with information on a company's financial performance and position. This information is typically given to share or stockholders who want to piece together a value for that company based upon the information they have obtained.

Financial accounting organizes the transactions of a company by writing down those transactions and creating a financial statement or financial report that summarizes financial data in a balance sheet or income statement. These statements are then used by individuals externally to determine the value of a company. If the company is publicly traded, these financial statements will circulate wider, to customers, competitors and employees as well.

Management is given the task of spending business funds to help the business run economically and efficiently. Financial accounting statements can be used to assess management effectiveness by showing the spending of allotted resources and helping to assess whether management should be sent to work in another department or replaced altogether to increase the profitability of the company.

It's important to note that financial accounting provides information to individuals who are trying to determine what a company's worth is and it does not report that value on its own. Financial accounting statements are provided to individuals who are external to a company and can circulate broadly, even reaching competitors of that company and other sources.

The FASB, or Financial Accounting Standards
Board, is responsible for creating a standardized system of rules called accounting standards for financial accounting in the United States. Accounting standards are important for financial accounting statements because so many people use these statements in so many different ways. The accounting standards are known as generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Companies in the U.S. who also trade stock publicly also comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC).

Financial accounting is important to stockholders and shareholders who are interested in determining the value of a company they are part owners of. Keeping track of this data helps a company to assess the value of their management and the resources they have allotted them to make their company run better, and financial statements help to determine the effectiveness of management for that company.

" How to Make Someone Happy ???? "

1. Smile at them
. Learn how to have a real smile, and care about people. Learn how to feel compassion when regarding someone.

2. Tell them a funny joke. Inside jokes work really well, especially if it is something only between the two of you. Learn how to make them laugh.

3. Find something funny online that you know they'll like and send it to them in an email.

4. Compliment them sincerely. Tell them something you love about them.

5. Invite them to do something fun with you. Go bowling, swimming, or something else fun and active.

6. Pick a dandelion or blade of grass and give it to them. Say things such as, “I got this especially for you!” or "I picked this weed just for you!" It is different and might make them laugh at your sillyness, make them smile at your sweet nature.

7. Listen to them. Try to understand their thoughts and be in their shoes. This shows you care and love them, whether they may appreciate it or not. Be there. They will come to realize what a friend you've been.

8. Try not to insult them with some of your 'compliments'. That could lead to more sadness.

9. Hug the person. If you have an open relationship with someone, a warm and affectionate hug can lift the spirits and bring a sense of joy and community.

10. Give a gift. Take the time out to pick out a special gift that is suitable for the person. The more thought you put into the gift, the better it is from the point of being an expression of positive energy. Be sure to include an inscription in the gift wherever possible, and make the message one that is uplifting and spiritual.

11. Spend quality time with the person. Plan for an event or simply time together in which you share precious moments on this world in each other's company.

12. Constantly remind the person how much you value them, but don't go too overboard. Positive affirmations to others can help build the bridge of friendship and trust. Never use sarcasm though, as sarcasm is the biggest turn-off when it comes to building strong bonds with people.

“ Should My Mother stay at Home or Should be given to Work ??? “

A. Definition of Mother

A mother is a biological and or social female parent of an offspring. Because of the complexity and differences of a mothers' social, cultural, and religious definitions and roles, it is challenging to define a mother to suit a universally accepted definition.

B. Social Role

Mothers have historically fulfilled the primary role in raising children, but since the late 20th century, the role of the father in child care has been given greater prominence and social acceptance in some Western countries.
The social role and experience of motherhood varies greatly depending upon location. The organization Save the Children has ranked the countries of the world, and found that Scandinavian countries are the safest places to give birth, whereas countries in sub-Saharan Africa are the least safest to give birth. This study argues a mother in the bottom ten ranked countries is over 750 times more likely to die in pregnancy or childbirth, compared to a mother in the top ten ranked countries, and a mother in the bottom ten ranked countries is 28 times more likely to see her child die before reaching their first birthday.
Mothers are more likely than fathers to encourage assimilative and communion-enhancing patterns in their children. Mothers are more likely than fathers to acknowledge their children's contributions in conversation. The way mothers speak to their children is better suited to support very young children in their efforts to understand speech than fathers.

C. Should mothers stay at home with theirs children Or should be Work ?

Mothers should have freedom of their choice. It's absolutely fine if mothers work and can cope up with the household and the children. But if it is difficult for her to cope up its better to work part time. So that even the children can get the required quality time from their mothers. But, I think they should. Because these days the expenditure for various things is increasing. They should also give their helping hand to the father for maintaining it.If they are rich it is O.K but if they are poor or of a middle class family it is must. They should meet the general things like food, shelter, clothing.
According my Mother view, "Working mothers definitely have less time to spend with their children than the mothers who are at home. But it's not that a housewife is a better mother than a working mother. Even if the working mother is pressed for time, as long as she spends quality time with her child it is enough. Sometimes mothers are around the house the whole day but they don't even look at their children. They provide them with food and other facilities, but their involvement with the child is minimum. They think their presence is enough. But that is not true. It is quality time and the way you interact with your children that makes the difference."
There is Some opinion like “According to me, mothers should'nt work because in the beginning they will be able to tackle the whole responsibilities both at home and at their offices. But later they can't handle the whole responsibilities. They'll get tired, they cannot take care of their children. Nowadays this is the problem faced by most of the children by their mothers. They are not getting the love which is necessary by their mother. “ I really don’t agree with the opinion, I prefer that mothers should work, for life these days is very expensive and our culture should allow jobs equally to men and women both. Moms should work part time because they have kids to take care of too. Having some responsiblity outside the family life is also good for nurturing mind. It keeps a person busy and occupied. I am not saying that a mother should not stay with kids but doing some part time work would be beneficial for them. Working dads and moms should keep a balanced time for jobs so they can spend time with their kids. It would give children benefit to take some household responsiblities. In the end I would like to say whether a mother works or not a mother is still a mother, sweet, loving, caring she will be always be there for you when you need her.

Not sure if your mother stay at home have the good impact for her chirdreen, I take the example : Mothers’ behaviour can be, at times, negative for their children if they spoil them too much. A child should also know that things cannot always happen the way they want to, and they have to accept this. Crying and yelling aren’t always the perfect ways to impress their mother or father, in order to convenience them do certain thing. Therefore, mother who use to spoil their children to much should not give up their jobs in order to stay at home with their children, because they give up a negative education to these. Childreen will be used nothing, not even take food from the refrigerator because they know their mother is at home and does if for them. A girl won’t be able to iron a blouse because is her mother’s duty to do that for her, while she can do other things like watching TV, listening to music or applying some make – up to go out with friends.

So, I agree that My mothers should have the liberty to work as long as they are able to provide enough time and guidance to their children. My mother is a working mother of 3+ and my office timings are same as his school timings. My brother goes to a day boarding school from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and her office hours are 8:00 AM to :00 PM. Since the time my brother comes from school, and I come back home from the campus she is there with us. And someday I want to be like her, to be a woman carrier.
